Return and Refund Policy

EnduroPath is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to achieve your fitness goals with confidence in our products.

Return Windows

  • Fitness Equipment: 30 days from delivery
  • Supplements: 30 days (unopened with seal intact)
  • Apparel/Accessories: 30 days with tags attached
  • Defective Items: 60 days for manufacturing defects

Eligible Returns

We Accept Returns For:

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Items not matching description
  • Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened supplements (safety/health regulations)
  • Used personal care items
  • Custom or personalized equipment
  • Digital products or services

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email: returns@enduropath.com
  • Include order number and reason for return
  • Receive Return Authorization (RA) number

Step 2: Package Return

  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Attach RA number to package

Step 3: Ship Return

  • Use provided return label when applicable
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
  • We recommend tracking for all returns

Refund Process

Processing Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear

Refund Amounts:

  • Full product price for eligible returns
  • Original shipping refunded only if item was defective
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Available for size/color variations when in stock
  • Defective items exchanged immediately
  • Exchange shipping covered for our errors only

Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Action Required:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos to: support@enduropath.com
  • Include order details and damage description
  • Replacement or full refund provided promptly

Fitness Equipment Returns

Special Considerations:

  • Large equipment may require freight pickup
  • Assembly/disassembly may be customer responsibility
  • Some items subject to restocking fees
  • Professional installation voids return eligibility

Supplement Safety Policy

For health and safety compliance:

  • Opened supplements cannot be returned
  • Tampered seals void return eligibility
  • Expiration dates must be clearly visible
  • FDA regulations strictly enforced
